Equipped with Japan Toshiba full-spectrum full-color CCD camera, featuring 5400×3 pixels, 12K/s line frequency and 0.14 mm resolution, with a line scan frequency of 10,000 Hz. Matched with high-grade 10-megapixel CRYLIGHT industrial fixed-focus lens specially customized for color sorters, as well as full-spectrum high-brightness condensing LED light source with a service life of 50,000 to 60,000 hours.

Adopts FPGA chips and self-developed multi-functional multi-thread control board. The Junmao DREAMPLUS Color Sorter Control System V1.0 has obtained the Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate issued by the National Copyright Administration of China.
